A hiring-signal feed for agents and automation

For automation and AI-agent builders wiring buying signals into a workflow.

If you are building an outbound agent or an automation workflow, you need a clean, structured signal source you can call on a schedule — not a browser session you have to babysit. Hiring signals fit well: they are public, they refresh constantly, and they carry enough structure (company, roles, signal class, score, contacts) to drive downstream logic like routing, drafting, or CRM upserts.

Every QualifyOps Actor is callable via the Apify API and MCP, and each run returns a deduplicated dataset — one row per company — that your workflow can consume directly. Schedule the run, read the dataset, branch on the signal class and score, and hand only the qualified rows to your drafting or enrichment step. The Actors are the deterministic data layer; your agent supplies the judgement.

Steps

  1. Choose the source that matches your ICP: LinkedIn job search (Hiring Leads Finder) or public ATS boards (ATS Hiring Signal Finder).
  2. Call the Actor via the Apify API or MCP with your search URL or company list; each run writes a deduplicated dataset.
  3. In your workflow, read the dataset and branch on hiring_signal and the transparent score to keep only the accounts worth actioning.
  4. Pass qualified rows to your drafting, enrichment or CRM step; the evidence URLs and commercial reason give your agent grounded context to write from.
  5. Schedule the Actor for a recurring feed so new signals flow in without manual runs.

Do it with one Actor

ATS Hiring Signal Finder$0.01 per company. It returns a structured, deduplicated, scored dataset from a single API call — an ideal deterministic signal layer under an agent.

You give company ATS handles or public board URLs (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby); you get one scored hiring-signal record per company — open-role count, the roles, a deterministic signal, locations, a score, and evidence URLs. Run it on Apify (export JSON/CSV/Excel, or call it via the Apify API/MCP for automation).
