How to get a list of companies hiring sales reps

For SDRs, RevOps and lead-gen teams who want accounts that are visibly expanding their sales org.

A company posting several sales roles at once is telling you something specific: they are investing in revenue capacity. That is one of the cleaner buying windows in outbound — new headcount usually means new territory, new targets, new tooling budget, and a leader under pressure to ramp a team. The problem is that raw job boards give you one row per posting, no contacts, and no way to collapse thirty postings from the same company into a single account.

The fastest way to turn that into a workable account list is to start from a saved LinkedIn job search for the sales titles and location you care about, then let a tool group the postings into companies, classify the hiring signal, and attach the public contact routes. You get accounts, not job rows — sorted by how actionable they are.

Steps

  1. Build a LinkedIn job search for the exact sales titles (e.g. "Account Executive", "SDR", "Sales Development") and the region or country you sell into. Copy the search URL.
  2. Run the Actor on that URL. It calls a proven upstream LinkedIn jobs scraper, then collapses the raw rows into one record per company.
  3. Read the hiring signal per company — you want the ones classified as sales_expansion, and ideally with 2+ open roles and a recent posting date.
  4. Use the public emails, phones and contact page attached to each company, plus the evidence job URLs, to write an opener grounded in the actual roles they are hiring.
  5. Export the dataset as CSV/JSON and load it into your sequencer or CRM. Re-run on a schedule for a recurring feed of newly-expanding accounts.

Do it with one Actor

Hiring Leads Finder — Company Contacts$0.01 per company. It is built for exactly this: LinkedIn job search in, one scored company record with a sales-expansion signal and public contacts out.

You give a public LinkedIn job-search URL (a role + a location); you get one scored record per hiring company — roles, a deterministic hiring signal, the likely commercial reason, public emails, phones, a contact page, and the evidence job URLs. Run it on Apify (export JSON/CSV/Excel, or call it via the Apify API/MCP for automation).
