Enrich a domain list with emails and phones

For anyone holding a list of company domains that needs contactable detail attached.

You often end up with a list of company websites and nothing else — the output of a scrape, a conference exhibitor list, a partner directory, a spreadsheet a colleague sent. Before you can do anything with it you need contact detail attached: a public email, a phone, the socials, the contact page. Doing that by hand is a click-through-every-site slog, and naive scrapers hand you copyright-year "phone numbers" and support-widget emails.

A focused enrichment pass visits each domain, extracts the public contact points, and filters the junk — so you get a clean row per site you can actually load into a CRM or hand to an agent workflow. It is deliberately narrow: it does not verify deliverability or invent addresses, it surfaces what the company already publishes.

Steps

  1. Put your domains or website URLs into a list (one per row). No formatting cleanup needed.
  2. Run the enrichment Actor over the list. It resolves each site, follows to the contact page, and extracts emails, phones and social links.
  3. Rely on the built-in junk filter — no copyright-date phone numbers, no third-party widget/vendor emails — but still eyeball a sample before use.
  4. Export the clean per-site rows as CSV/JSON.
  5. If you also want a qualification score per site, use the Lead Qualifier instead of plain enrichment (same extractor, plus scoring).
